The Lady Pirates made short work of the Vikings in the opener, winning 22-3 in 4 1/2 innings. Macie Kinsey scattered six hits in getting the victory, while the North Central offense continued to scorch the softball, as Olivia Lotven drove in seven runs, courtesy of a pair of doubles and a single; Jennifer Stock drove in four runs, with a home run and double among her three hits, with Tierney Martin driving in three runs, and Stock and Hailey Lowery scoring five runs each.

Victory in the second game proved much more challenging for NCMC, but the Lady Pirates scored single runs in the fifth and sixth innings to rally for a 3-2 win. Scotlin Hurley got the win with a complete game two-hitter, with nine strikeouts. Lowery had a pair of hits, Hurley a hit and a run scored, with Tierney Martin driving in two, and scoring a run, courtesy of a pair of hits.

The wins improve the Lady Pirates record to 14-11.
