A news release last night from Sheriff Steve Stockman said a call was received from a concerned citizen just before 6 o'clock regarding gun shots heard at a residence. When officers arrived, Sheriff Stockman said two victims were found deceased inside the garage. He said each died from apparent gun shot wounds to the head. At the time of his report, Stockman said it appears these two persons were the only people involved. His statement add that “no other foul play is suspected.”

The Mercer County Sheriff's office said further information will be released after all notifications have been made.
