Highs at Trenton during February averaged 12 degrees below normal while lows were about 8 degrees below average.

The low temperatures averaged 13.3 degrees. There were below zero lows on 5 dates in February. It was 10 below 0 twice, 9 below, 8 below, and 3 below---all within the first 11 days of month. The 10 below temperature on February 7th was a new record for that date.

The high temperatures during February at Trenton averaged 29.1 degrees. On 2 days,
February 5th and 6th, the high temperature reached just 9 degrees. The warmest high during February was 61degrees on February 18th.

The average highs and lows at Trenton in February were colder than they were in January—which also had below average highs and lows..

Rain and melted precipitation during February at Trenton totaled nearly 2 1/3 inches. That was nearly 9/10 of an inch above average.
