News : Trenton Students Place 2nd At Academic Bowl

Trenton High School's Scholar Bowl team took second place in competition hosted by the North Andrew High School.

The third Annual Northwest Academic Bowl Tournament included ten varsity teams. Trenton defeated Mound City to advance to take on students from the St. Joseph Christian School.

The Trenton students kept it close by lost by a score of 110 to 90.

Freshman Aidan Clark received recognition for placing 8th overall in scoring per game. Other members of the Trenton scholar bowl team are Melanie Rodriguez, Katie Klasse, Alvynne Villacampa, Chloe Oyler, Taylor Boman, and Tomi Delp.

They are coached by T-H-S Instructor Alicyn Studyvin.
