30 year old Marc Gardner, 30 year old Rebecca Jo McCree, and 35 year old Carrie McClain are held at the Grundy county detention center in lieu of 50 thousand dollars cash bond apiece. All three listed their address as an apartment at 13-12 East 9th Street in Trenton. Each faces charges of possession of a controlled substance described as methamphetamine; use of drug paraphernalia; and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution. Information on the warrant claims the defendants flushed down the toilet, syringes containing residue from a controlled substance in an alleged effort to impair or / and conceal the same from a Trenton police investigation.

The warrants describe each person as a prior offender. Gardner has two previous convictions in Grundy county (2005 and 2006) for property damage and burglary.

Ms. McCree has a prior felony conviction in Putnam county (2001) for passing bad checks. Ms. McClain has two previous convictions in Grundy county (2006 and 2008) for distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

A resident of rural Galt, 40 year old Patricia Eckert of 829 Southeast 16th Street, faces charges of identity theft in connection with the reported theft of money. Her bond is 25 thousand dollars cash.

The warrant accuses Ms. Eckert of intent to deceit or defraud using the personal checking bank account number of Doctor Dale Alumbaugh of Trenton to allegedly obtain money in excess of five thousand dollars. Court records list her as a prior offender with three convictions on passing bad checks in Grundy county. (2000, 2001, and 2012)

21 year old Tindall resident, Tyler Wilson of 101 Austin, has been arrested on charges of FIRST degree burglary. Bond is 25 thousand dollars cash. Wilson is accused of being armed with a deadly weapon when he on Friday (Valentine's Day), he allegedly unlawfully entered a structure for the purpose of stealing. The incident, authorities said, was at 84 Northwest 60th Street with the property belonging to Kurtis Hollon.

27 year old Corey Hines of 12-01 Lawn in Trenton faces felony charges of operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license. The warrant notes Hines has previously been convicted on the same offense in Livingston, Grundy, and Mercer counties. (twice in 2013 and once 2008) Bond was set at ten thousand dollars.

Defendants Marc Gardner, Rebecca McCree, Carrie McClain, Patricia Eckert, Tyler Wilson, and Corey Hines are to appear February 25th in associate division of Grundy county circuit court.

A former resident of Trenton, 34 year old Stephanie Ann Critten, has been arrested on three warrants accusing failure to appear in Grundy County Circuit Court. She lists an address of rural Jamesport. Ms. Critten is to appear in Division One of the Circuit Court March 13th. She's charged with felony stealing from the summer of 2008 involving collectible figurines belonging to David and Paula Munroe; four felony counts of passing bad checks; (2004); and a charge of second degree burglary and stealing of various items belonging to Seth Gibson nearly ten years ago (March 2004).

In the associate division of Circuit Court, charges have been dismissed against 18 year old Brett Michael Woolsey of Trenton. These were for alleged second degree burglary last November 14th of the Grace Fellowship Church at 311 East 9th in Trenton as well as for the August 29th alleged theft of a laptop computer and I-pad belonging to a Trenton R-9 school official. A police officer statement noted the electronics were recovered the same day and returned to their owner.
