Brant Faulkner scored 21 points to lead Princeton to a 42-37 victory over the #3 seed from Union Star. The Trojans had 16 points from Alex Kelly and 12 from Dillon Saundereggen. East Harrison used its defense to move into Saturday afternoon's title game, shutting down North Harrison in a 42-21 victory. East Harrison and Princeton play at 4:30 Saturday afternoon from Gilman City High School.

The Gilman City girls lost a semifinal heartbreaker to North Harrison, by a final score of 40-39. The win pushes the Lady Shamrocks into Saturday afternoon's title game (at 3:00 PM) against the top-seeded Pattonsburg Lady Panthers. Despite not getting a player into double figures, the Lady Panther used superior balance to push past the Princeton Lady Tigers, 44-35 on Thursday night. Paige Philips led Princeton with 21 points.

Both the Princeton-Pattonsburg girls and Princeton-Union Star boys games on Thursday night were broadcast on KTTN FM 92.3 and www.kttn.com.
