Trenton High School's wrestling team took head-to-head victories against Stanberry, Rock Port, and Hamilton on Thursday night, in a quadrangular meet hosted by Stanberry High School.

Trenton beat Stanberry 65-12, Penney 60-24, and Rock Port, 60-18. The Bulldogs, on Saturday, travel to Maryville High School for the Quad States Classic, starting at 10 o'clock.

It was a great night for us at Stanberry. All three teams gave up some open weights, but that doesn't change the fact that we went out and wrestled very well. We seemed very focused and went out and got some big wins over district opponents. I think tonight gave the boys a much needed boost in confidence just in time for this final stretch of the season.
