Several cases were heard in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.

35-year old Heather Marshall of rural Trenton waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division one of Grundy county circuit court. Ms. Marshall is charged with possessing the controlled substance Ambien December 24th.

28-year old Richard Lee of Trenton waived a Preliminary hearing and was bound over to division one On a charge accusing him with stealing by deceit. Lee is accused of appropriating money from Michelle Gardner Last year by selling her a vehicle he did not actually own because it had a lien holder.

43 year old Lorilee Gutierrez, with addresses at Trenton, Gallatin, and St. Joseph, waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division 1 of Grundy County Circuit Court. She's charged with forging 6 checks totaling over $3800. Authorities allege the checks were payable to herself and drawn on a checking account of her estranged husband Felix Gutierrez last August.

Another charge accusing Ms. Gutierrez with failure to display valid license plates on a vehicle/trailer last July was certified to be heard in Division 1 of Grundy County Circuit Court.

A charge accusing 53 year old Wendell Tharp of Spickard with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana last October with intent to distribute it was dismissed by the prosecution.
