The Chillicothe Police Department has once again released a report of their activities, which include teens in possession of alcohol and endangering the welfare of a child.

On Thursday, January 9, 2014 officers arrested 18-year-old Joseph M.D. Stevens at a residence at the 1200 block of Third Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. Stevens was cited and released pending a court appearance.

On Thursday, January 9, 2014 officers responded to a report of an assault at the 400 block of Vine Street. As a result of the investigation, 18-year-old Autumn Rowe was arrested for assault. Rowe was cited and released from custody pending a court appearance.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Jackson and Woodward Street which resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Joshua K.L. Green for driving while suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle. Green was unable to post bond and was held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers recovered an abandoned bicycle from the 1100 block of Maple Street. The owner of the bicycle has not been identified.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers of the Chillicothe Police Department arrested 29-year-old Colton G. Duncan at a residence at the 1300 block of Green Street on an active Livingston County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of domestic assault. Duncan posted bond and was released from custody.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers of the Chillicothe Police Department arrested 30-year-old Douglas S. Douglas of Wheeling, MO on an active City of Chillicothe warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of shoplifting and failure to stop at a stop sign. Douglas posted bond and was released from custody pending a court appearance.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers of the Chillicothe Police Department arrested 19-year-old Donald Jordan Bigby at a residence at the 100 block of Jackson Street on an active Probation Violation Warrant for 2 counts of forgery. Bigby was unable to post bond and was held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers of the Chillicothe Police Department arrested 28-year-old Michael N. Session at a residence at the 1200 block of Third Street on an active Probation Violation Warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance. Session was unable to post bond and was held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail.

On Friday, January 10, 2014 officers responded to a residence at the 1000 block for a report of possible drug use at the residence. As a result of the investigation, 26-year-old Paige L. Shouse was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance. Shouse was held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail.

On Saturday, January 11, 2014 officers responded to a domestic dispute at a business at the 600 block of First Street. The dispute was found to be verbal in nature and no arrests were made.

On Sunday, January 12, 2014 officers responded to a report of an assault at the 400 block of Dickinson Avenue. As a result of the investigation, 17-year-old David Gamble was arrested for minor in possession by consumption, 18-year-old Mariah Grant was arrested for minor in possession by consumption, and 31-year-old Rhonda Yarbrough was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, contributing to the delinquency of minors, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Gamble, Grant, and Yarbrough were cited and released pending a court appearance.

Officers responded to 60 calls for service on Friday, January 10, 2014.

Officers responded to 60 calls for service on Saturday, January 11, 2014.

Officers responded to 65 calls for service on Sunday, January 12, 2014.

Officers issued 11 citations for various traffic and criminal offenses.
