Sports : 2014 Milan Basketball Tournament Starts Monday

The Brookfield girls and Novinger boys have the #1 seeds for the Milan Tournament, starting on Monday afternoon, January 13th, at Milan High School.

The host school, Milan, earned the #6 seed for the girls tournament and #6 seed for the boys. The two seeds are the Mercer girls and the Green City boys. The Grundy R-5 boys and Linn County girls are the #3 seeds, with the Mercer boys and Green City girls as the #4 seeds.

Both of Milan's quarterfinal games will be broadcast LIVE on KTTN FM 92.3, with the Lady 'Cats playing Linn County on Tuesday night at 7:00, and the Wildcats playing Grundy R-5 on Monday night at 8:15.
