Blozvich also withdrew a prior plea and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities said both of those incidents were August 11th of last year.

Fines, court costs, and a payment to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund total a combined $1033.

A breakdown shows a fine, court costs, and a required payment to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund totaling over $616 on the 3rd degree assault charge.

A fine and court costs totaled more than $416 on the charge accusing misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

Payment of the fines and costs are due June 10th.

In the misdemeanor 3rd degree assault charge, Blozvich was accused of recklessly causing physical injury to Dorothy Thrasher.

The charge was reduced from a felony count of second degree assault in which he was accused of operating an all terrain vehicle under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. The felony charge said the ATV flipped over ejecting Blozvich and Ms. Thrasher----injuring Ms. Thrasher. Again, that charge was amended to misdemeanor 3rd degree assault.

In the charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, Blozvich was accused of possessing marijuana.

In another case in Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court, 38 year old Chadwick Hall of Trenton pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while his license was suspended last August. Hall was sentenced to 7 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. He was given credit for already serving those days, and was released.
