Sports : Princeton Lady Tigers Win Third In A Row, 46-41 Over East Harrison

The Princeton Lady Tigers basketball team rallied from a five-point deficit after three quarters to defeat the East Harrison Bobcats by a final score of 46-41.

East Harrison dominated the first half against the Lady Tigers, leading 13-5 after one quarter and 25-10 at halftime. However, Princeton closed the lead to 33-28 after three quarters, and completed the comeback over the final eight minutes.

Paige Phillips led Princeton's offense on Tuesday night with 20 points, with Maddie Enright scoring 10. For East Harrison, Ellsworth had 14 points, with McLain adding 12.

The state-ranked East Harrison boys gave the host Tigers their second loss of the season, by a final score of 64-50.

Rinehart had 30 points and Craig 22 for the victorious Bobcats, with Brant Faulkner scoring 18 and Hunter Boxley 12 points for Princeton.

The Princeton girls and boys will head to Mercer on Thursday night to play the in-county rival Cardinals, with both ends of the doubleheader to be broadcast on KTTN FM 92.3 and www.kttn.com, with pregame hitting the air at 5:55.
