News : Parents Sought After Foster Children Kidnapped

(KMOV) – Police are asking for the public’s help finding two young children in foster care they say were kidnapped by their biological mother and one of the kid’s fathers in St. Charles.

According to St. Charles police, Trevion Dunn, 1, and Aleiyah Dunn, 2, were taken by their mother, 20-year-old Cierra Dunn, sometime between Friday and Monday. Police believe Aleiyah’s father, 23-year-old Jose Sanchez, was also involved in the kidnapping.

Authorities say they are driving a silver 1998 Chevrolet Mexico Malibu with Missouri license plate MK2-C0S. Police say they may be headed to Wisconsin or Mexico.

According to police, Sanchez was allowed visitation on Friday and could not be contacted by the children’s foster parents when they went to pick up them up Monday. Police say both children are in the custody of family services because of an ongoing investigation regarding neglect issues.

Authorities say Trevion was last seen wearing a black coat and blue and white slip-on sneakers, while Aleiya was wearing blue jeans and pink and grey sneakers.

Police say Cierra Dunn is believed to have cut her hair and dyed it brown with blonde highlights.
