Sports : Milan Wildcats Open Basketball Season on December 3rd

The Milan girls are seeded second, with the Milan boys receiving a number seven seed, for the annual Novinger Invitational Basketball Tournament running from Monday, December 2nd through Saturday, December 7th at Novinger High School.

Both Milan teams will play on Tuesday, December 3rd, with the Lady 'Cats taking on Brashear at 4 o'clock, followed by the Wildcat boys against LaPlata at 5:30. The other quarterfinal games on December 3rd will be the Atlanta girls (#3 seed) against Novinger at 7 o'clock, and the Novinger boys (#3 seed) against Green City at 8:30.

Quarterfinals scheduled for Monday, December 2nd will be the #1 seed Scotland County girls against Bevier at 4 o'clock, the #1 seed Scotland County boys against Brashear at 5:30, the #4 seed LaPlata girls taking on Green City at 7 o'clock, and the #4 seeded Bevier boys battling Atlanta at 8:30.

Wednesday, December 4th:
Consolation Girls Semifinal at 4 o'clock (Losers from games on 12/2)
Championship Boys Semifinal at 5:30 (Winners from games on 12/2)
Championship Girls Semifinal at 7 o'clock (Winners from games on 12/2)
Consolation Boys Semifinal at 8:30 (Losers from games on 12/2)

Thursday, December 5th:
Consolation Girls Semifinal at 4 o'clock (Losers from games on 12/3)
Championship Boys Semifinal at 5:30 (Winners from games on 12/3)
Championship Girls Semifinal at 7:00 (Winners from games on 12/3)
Consolation Boys Semifinal at 8:30 (Losers from games on 12/3)

Friday, December 6th:
Girls 7th Place Game : 4:00 PM
Boys 7th Place Game : 5:30 PM
Girls 5th Place Game : 7:00 PM
Boys 5th Place Game : 8:30 PM

Saturday, December 7th:
Girls 3rd Place Game : 2:00 PM
Boys 3rd Place Game : 3:30 PM
Girls Championship Game : 5:00 PM
Boys Championship Game : 6:30 PM
