The conference MVP is Milan senior fullback Aaron Richardson, also a first-team selection. Other Milan boys named all-conference first team are offensive linemen Nathan Miller and Drew Russell, tight end Matt Oxendale, defensive back Caleb May, and defensive players Aaron Richardson, Bodie Eaglen, and Kevin DeRyke.

For special teams, Raul Palacios of Milan is the all Tri Rivers kicker, while Tristan Fowler is the first-team kick returner.

Other notables on the first team are Knox County quarterback Donovan Edwards, wide receiver Royce Poore, Putnam County offensive and defensive lineman Riley Wood, Putnam County wide receiver Cody Quint, and Schuyler County defensive back Zach Schmitter.

Milan won the Tri-Rivers Conference with a 5-0 league record, finishing the regular season at 9-0. Milan lost on Monday night to Marceline in the District 6 final by a score of 26-0, finishing the season at 10-1. Both Putnam County and Knox County managed district quarterfinal victories before being bumped from the playoffs in the district semifinal round.
