The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board has several properties on the agenda for a meeting Monday night.

Properties at 506 West 13th Court, 914 East 17th Street, and 1001 Custer are listed under what's called a Certificate of Existence of a dangerous building.

Discussion is to be held regarding properties at 728 West 11th Street, 907 East 9th Street, 914 East 17th Street, 1510 East 8th Street, and as alternates----506 West 13th Court, and 1215 Harris Avenue. They're being considered for demolition.

Properties at 728 West 11th Street, 907 East 9th Street, 910 Olive, 915 Kumler, and 1030 Laclede are listed under the category of Declaration of Nuisance.

Other topics before the Trenton Building and Nuisance Board are discussion regarding 1314 Tindall Avenue, an update on the Community Development Block Grant Demolition program and other properties of concern.

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board meeting is
Monday night at 6 o'clock at Trenton City Hall.

It will be followed at 7 o'clock by a meeting of the Trenton City Council.

The City Council agenda includes an agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission regarding the replacement of the 17th Street bridge.

Also on the agenda is an ordinance granting TMD Incorporated, in care of McDonald's Real Estate Company, approval to consolidate two lots. It's to allow for McDonald's to expand its drive-through area at its Trenton restaurant.

The Trenton Council is to consider changes in sign ordinances.

The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending City Council approval of ordinances regarding the consolidation of two lots at McDonald's and the sign changes.

Still other topics before the Trenton City Council are discussion of a farm lease, an appointment to the park board, and approval of a carpet bid.
