The fund-raising race began at the old WMH Medical Office Building and included Riverside Country Club as a part of the route. The theme of the event was health care awareness and raised $8,000 which benefits the walking trail and memorial garden project.

β€œThis year’s support from the participants and sponsors was truly special, so having a beautiful morning was icing on the cake for this event,” said WMH Foundation Board Member and Wright Run Chair Cara McClellan. β€œIt’s so nice to see people bring their family and friends to run and walk, benefiting not only their personal health but our local hospital foundation as well.”
