The Chillicothe Police Department has released their current activities, which include a domestic disturbance, and an arrest.

On 09/30/13, officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury accident on a private parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers reported that a vehicle driven by Gerald Colliver was pulling into a parking stall and struck a parked vehicle causing minor damage.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 3000 block of North Washington Street. The incident was verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a violation of an Order of Protection in the 1400 block of Walnut Street. Officers investigated and determined that no violation occurred.

Officers arrested Lowell J. Grimm in the 100 block of S. Washington Street on a Livingston County Probation/Parole warrant for probation violation. Grimm was transported to the Police Department were he was processed and transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of West Business 36 in reference to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. Officers reported that the unlocked passenger compartment of the vehicle was entered and several personal items removed. The incident remains under investigation.

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 33 calls for service.
