Wright Memorial Hospital scored in the 99th percentile for overall satisfaction regarding in-patient care, the 97th percentile for for overall satisfaction in the Emergency Department, and in the 94th percentile for overall satisfaction in the Physicians Group and Jamesport Clinic.

Wright Memorial says Healthstream is a center for Medicare and Medicaid services approved vendor for consumer assessment of healthcare providers. It conducts surveys for St. Luke's Health System. Patients are asked to rate their overall satisfactions based solely on a rating of 0 to 10.

Wright Memorial Director of Customer and Facility Services, Tina Capeder said the scores show the dedication and hard work employees have been displaying on a daily basis.

Wright Memorial says the intent of the survey is to provide a standardized means for measuring patients' perspectives on hospital care. Health care facilities nationwide are
scored quarterly in several different categories. The information is used to help hospitals identify areas which need improvement, and areas operating at, or above national standards.
