News : Livingston County Sheriff Reports On Law Day

The Livingston County Sheriff's office had 21 detainees in Court for Judge Chapmanā€™s Circuit Law Day.

18 of the detainees were already in custody at the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail, 1 was picked up from the Grundy County Sheriff, 2 were picked up from the Caldwell County Sheriff, and an additional 5 people were arrested during the Court hearings.

At the end of the day the following dispositions are for those people we already had or took into custody:

Jerry Wayne Locke, 29, Chillicothe,Child Molestation 1st Degree, 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Virel V. Johnson, 55,Chillicothe, Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 3 year sentence in Department of Corrections.

Anthony J. Kohl, 25,Chillicothe, DWI, 2 year prison sentence.

Feliciano Lopez-Rivera, Foreign National, Statutory Rape 2nd degree, 2 years in Missouri Department of Corrections. Has additional charge(s) pending in Grundy County.

Nathanial B. Novotny, 27, Chillicothe, Possession of Controlled Substance, 10 years Missouri Department of Corrections.

Trena M. Hatfield, 51, Chillicothe, Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 6 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Tammy Stark, 36,Chillicothe, Stealing, 3 year prison sentence.

Mallory Fainter, 17,Chillicothe, Possession of Controlled Substance, SIS Probation-Post Conviction Treatment Program.

Kaylee M. Long, 23,Marshall, Possession of Controlled Substance, SIS Probation-120 CODS Program.

Melissa Kendrick, 31,Kansas City, Stealing, 7 years in Department of Corrections, Endangering the Welfare of a Child 6 months consecutive-Probation.

Anthony Walker, 32,Kansas City, Stealing, 5 years in Missouri Department of Corrections.

Caleb Ott, 27, Cameron, Possession of Controlled Substance, Probation/120 CODS Program. In custody of Caldwell County Sheriff.
