News : Additional Contests Announced For Mo Days

Plans have been announced for Missouri Day Festival contests on decorating windows and entry ways, yards, and pumpkins.

For the window and entry way decorating, contact Colleen Williams to signup.

For the yard decorating, the contact is Cara McClellan.

Both of these contests have an October 11th deadline to enter.

Cash prizes will be awarded. Entries are limited to locations within the city of Trenton. The window and entry way contest is sponsored by the Farmer's Bank of Northern Missouri. The yard decorating contest, which includes business and residential categories, is sponsored by Citizens Bank and Trust.

Decorated pumpkins are wanted for another Missouri Day contest. Cash prizes will be given in adult and children's categories. The pumpkins are to be taken to the Rock Barn between noon and 5 o'clock on October 18th. Judging takes place at 6 o'clock that evening, For more information, persons may contact chairpersons
