Attorney General seeks to deny PSF's extension request

The Missouri Attorney General's office is asking the Circuit Court of Jackson County to DENY Premium Standard Farms motion for a two-year extension to meet terms of a 2004 court consent judgment involving environmental concerns, including odor control. Rural bridge near Stanberry expected to reopen Friday

Bridgework on Gentry County Route E southeast of Stanberry was expected to be completed on Thursday. However, MoDOT says those concrete repairs are taking longer than anticipated so the bridge will remain closed tonight.
