A Kansas City woman sustained minor injuries when her vehicle overturned seven miles south of Bethany Wednesday afternoon.
The Patrol reports 38-year-old Jacquelyn Spencer traveled north on Interstate 35 when she lost control of her car. She overcorrected, which caused the vehicle to slide down an embankment off the east side of the road, overturn, and come to a rest on its wheels, totaling the car.
A private vehicle transported Spencer to Harrison County Community Hospital.
The Patrol reports she wore a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department assisted.
