A Jamesport man was arrested on the felony charge of first-degree kidnapping.
Online court information reports 25-year-old Conrad Eugene Kaufman was arrested in Daviess County with a bond of $65,000 cash, and he is being held in the Daviess-Dekalb County Regional Jail.
Kaufman is accused of kidnapping his sister Cindy Kaufman of Jamesport to keep her from getting married.
Public record shows John Graber of Jamesport and Cindy Kaufman received a marriage license in Grundy County.
