The Jamesport City Council has agreed to pay up to $400 for overnight lodging for Jamesport Community Association Representatives at Great Northwest Days in Jefferson City January 31 and February 1 of next year.

The event is for those from north central and northwest Missouri who meet with state legislators and state officials to promote this region.

City employee Jerry Urton discussed repairs made at the north and south pump stations, noting repairs are still needed. Urton also requested the city purchase a new monitor to test the lagoon weekly, and the council did agree to purchase a monitor if costs to repair an existing one exceed $200.

The city council also agreed to pay David Leeper of Gallatin $250 for assistance he provided at the north pump station.
