Hannah Persell to compete in 4-H Shooting Sports National Championships

A Trenton resident will compete in the 4-H Shooting Sports National Championships for the fourth year in a row.

Hannah Persell will compete on the Missouri recurve archery team next week.

She has been in the hunting and outdoor skills, the 22 rifle, and the muzzleloading teams in past years.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Nebraska 4-H will host the championships at the Heartland Public Shooting Park near Alda as well as the Heartland Events Center in Grand Island Sunday through next Friday.

More than 700 4-H youth ages 14 to 18 from 36 states will compete in nine disciplines.
