The Grundy County R-5 School District will conduct Preschool age and Kindergarten screenings and kindergarten enrollment by appointment in April.
The appointments will be held in the Galt Christian Church the morning of Friday, April 7th from 8 to 11 o’clock.
Screenings will be for children ages three to five and children must turn five by July 31st to be eligible for Kindergarten.
The school district requires Kindergarten enrollment be completed that day.
A child’s immunization records, birth certificate, and social security card should be brought to the appointment.
