Grundy County Sheriff’s Department reports DWI arrest from Sunday morning

Several arrests are in the Monday morning report provided to KTTN by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.  

Thirty-five year old Mark Lucas Moore of Trenton is facing felony charges of driving while revoked, persistent offender, and driving while intoxicated. He was arrested early Sunday morning by the Missouri Highway Patrol on U.S. Highway 65.  Bond has been set at $10,000.  Court information notes that Moore has previous convictions of driving while revoked (once in Jackson County and twice in Cass County).  He also has previous DWI convictions in Buchanan and Livingston Counties.

Forty-year old Erick James Wattenbarger of Trenton is facing a felony charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.  Bond is $10,000. Wattenbarger was arrested on Saturday.  Court information indicates previous convictions of driving without a license in Sullivan, Caldwell, and Clinton Counties.

Twenty-year old Ryan Howery of Trenton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.  Bond was set at $2,500 cash.  Howery is facing charges of assault in the third degree from an incident in May.

Moore, Wattenbarger, and Howery will appear on Tuesday, September 13th in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
