Grundy County Sheriff reports 3 arrests on Tuesday

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports three unrelated arrests on Tuesday.

Seventeen-year-old Mann Joseph Pitman of Laredo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana. His bond is set at $10,000 cash or corporate surety, and he is scheduled to appear in the associate division of circuit court April 25.

Court documents accuse Pitman of possessing amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, a schedule two controlled substance, knowing of its presence and nature.

Thirty-year-old Adam Davidson of Galt was arrested for probation violations of laws and special conditions. He is scheduled for division one of circuit court May 11.

Davidson was originally charged with possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana.

Sixty-two-year-old Jeffrey Hahn was arrested on parole violations of drugs, special conditions, and report directives. He will go back to the Department of Corrections.

Hahn is accused of using methamphetamine, oxycodone, marijuana, and alcohol as well as being non-compliant.
