Two arrests are in the report from the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.
69-year-old Ivan Snook of Humeston, Iowa was arrested on a Grundy County warrant accusing him of passing a bad check on an alleged nonexistant bank account in December 2011. Snook was arrested on the felony charge by authorities in Iowa. He was extradited to Grundy County and posted a $500 bond on Saturday.
Snook is scheduled for arraignment on March 14th in the associate division of Grundy County circuit court.
30-year-old Milan resident, Brittany Rae Dowling, was arrested on a warrant accusing her of failure to appear February 14 in circuit court on two counts of non-support of a minor from 2014 and 2015. Bond is 21 hundred dollars cash on the felony charge.
She is scheduled March 14 for the Associate Division of circuit court at Trenton.
