Gallatin Police searching for 7-year-old Seth Davis missing since December 2

Gallatin Police are reporting the disappearance of a 7-year-old boy believed to be most recently in the custody of his father.

According to Gallatin Police, Seth Davis was last seen with his father, Anthony Davis at the Chillicothe Wal-Mart on December 2nd.

Police said the boy was not returned to his home as per a custody agreement and it was reported that no one has had contact with Seth or Anthony Davis since the evening of December 4th.

According to the Gallatin Police, Anthony Davis is known to drive a Red 1998 Dodge Durango with Missouri license SM4-G3N.

Seth Davis is currently considered a Missing Person and is described as four foot tall, weighing 50 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes, and is 7-years-old. Anthony Davis is listed as 5’11”, 130 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

A felony warrant alleging parental kidnapping was filed Friday in the Associate Division of Daviess County Circuit Court. The online report shows a St. Joseph address for the suspect: 32-year-old Anthony Davis. Bond, upon being arrested, will be $15,000.

The Highway Patrol last night issued an endangered person advisory.

The patrol noted a cell phone was pinged in the Washington, Missouri area on December 6 and 7. The advisory also notes Anthony Davis suffers from a mental health issue and is believed to be off his medications.
