There’s a display of flags this Memorial Day surrounding the Grundy County Courthouse in Trenton.
Each flag pole has a brass tag, with a Veterans name on it.
The flags were set out by members of the Trenton Kiwanis and Trenton Lions Club. It’s flag display practice that is done on many holidays as long as weather permits.
Another local organization, the Royal Rangers youth group of the First Assembly of God Church, puts out flags for display at participating businesses in Trenton.
