The Chillicothe Area Arts Council is sponsoring an “outdoor cultural luncheon” on Wednesday, May 11th at Silver Moon Plaza in downtown Chillicothe.  The Chillicothe High School jazz band performs at 12 noon, followed by Central Elementary School’s fourth and fifth grade “Hornet Stinger Choir”.

The one hour program is free to the public.  The Silver Moon Plaza is located on the north side of the courthouse square in downtown Chillicothe.  Chairs will be available.

If the weather continues to threaten into the late morning hours, the program will be moved indoors to the First Christian Church at 900 Jackson Street in Chillicothe.

The public was able to order a box lunch for $5.50 by making reservations before Friday, May 6th.  However, people attending today’s free entertainment are not required to have reserved one of those box lunches.
