The city of Princeton has announced the date for the fall city-wide cleanup.

A dumpster will be available Saturday, October 29th at the city barn.

Citizens of Princeton with household items to dispose of can take them to the city barn and put them in the dumpster. If it’s a large item, such as an appliance or furniture, they are to be left beside the dumpster. Officials specifically request no yard waste or tree limbs; no tires or batteries, no chemicals or paint.

The disposal service is offered only to the city of Princeton residents.

A city employee is to be present so proof of residency has been requested.

While disposal of items is free of charge, the city of Princeton is paying Rapid Removal Disposal for use of a dumpster. If and when one dumpster gets full, another is to be brought to the location – again the date at Princeton is October 29th.
