Chillicothe Police say a peace disturbance arrest was made Friday night after police were dispatched to Olive and Graves streets in reference to a clown scaring people.
Multiple people advised officers a person was wearing a full head clown mask with a black and green outfit similar to the Joker.
Police said the person later was identified, located, and arrested for peace disturbance. He was processed at the police department pending a court appearance.
Anytime a report like this is made, it will be investigated, and if a person is fearful, an arrest will be made.
