Chillicothe Police arrest 2 on outstanding warrants and drug charges

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to suspicious activity in the parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street on Thursday, November 10.

Upon further investigation, Officers arrested Donald Korona on 5 active Buckner, Missouri police department warrants for failing to appear on the charges of obstructing, assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of methamphetamine. Officers also arrested Christina O’Conner during the same investigation for willfully opposing a law enforcement officer in the proper discharge of his duty.  

During the investigation, Officers recovered methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, other unknown substances, paraphernalia, currency, drug weighing devices, possible stolen property, and a large quantity of in store credit gift cards.

Both Korona and O’Conner were processed at the police department and transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
