The Chillicothe Fire Department will display a propane gas training prop and demonstrate high angle rescue techniques using a training tower and ropes during a program at its fire training center.

The program is to be held Wednesday morning, July 6, at 10 o’clock at 1301 Green Street in southwestern Chillicothe.

Two companies who have donated the propane gas training prop also have been invited to have representatives there.

In addition, Chillicothe Fire Chief Darrell Wright is to discuss the department’s fundraiser with Hedrick Medical Center and the possibility of a future fire station in the northern part of Chillicothe.
