The Chillicothe City Council next month will hear a petition to vacate an alley.
The council will hear the petition filed by Bryce Shirley at the Chillicothe City Hall the evening of March 12th at 6:30.
The application is to vacate a portion of an alley running north and south between Webster and Jackson Street in Chillicothe.
