Teresa J. Cross, Director of the NCMC Foundation, comments “The entire Smith family has a strong bond to NCMC with all four members of the family having attended NCMC. We look forward to having Cathie on our Foundation Board. She has connections with this college and has worked with many of the individuals on campus. She will be a strong asset to bring to the board with her knowledge and commitment.”
