Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri is conducting a Community Needs Assessment.
The assessment will help the agency better understand the state of poverty in Caldwell, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan counties.
CAPNCM will use this information to improve anti-poverty efforts and build programs to target problem areas and community members can participate in the assessment by taking an online survey.
Respondents can complete as much or as little of the survey as they want.
Personal information is not collected or used in any part of the final report.
