Calamity Jane Players announce a Hee Haw Hootenanny is scheduled on Saturday, November 12th at 7 pm at the Cow Palace in Princeton.

Those interested in working on this production are invited to a meeting Wednesday, October 19 at 7 p.m. at the Cow Palace.

The Princeton Chamber of Commerce is working on plans for Christmas activities scheduled Saturday, December 3rd . It will begin with a parade around the Princeton square.

Santa and Mrs. Santa are the Grand Marshals. Plans include a Christmas tree lighting on the bandstand. Children are encouraged to bring an ornament to decorate the tree. Santa and Mrs. Santa will be at the Hal England basement to give out treats, listen to requests and have photos taken.

There will be a children’s store at the Hal England center so children may purchase inexpensive gifts for family and friends. All gifts will be under $5. Elves will help children shop and wrap the packages. Hot cocoa and donuts will be served. The Princeton high school band and choir will perform Christmas Carols.
