The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Bucklin woman in Linn County Wednesday afternoon.
The Patrol accused 49-year-old Gina Dowell of driving while intoxicated with drugs, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and no insurance.
She was transported to Linn County and then released.
