Two Browning residents were hurt when a car went off ice-covered Route O and struck a tree just east of Browning Friday afternoon.
The driver, 24-year old Kasey Riggen, and a passenger, 22-year-old James Riggen were taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan with minor injuries.
The car was extensively damaged in the accident and the patrol noted James Riggen was wearing a seatbelt but Kasye Riggen was not using a safety device.
