Breilly Roy of Trenton receives third runner-up honors in Mo State Fair Queen competition

The winner of last year’s North Central Missouri Fair Queen contest, Breilly Roy of Trenton, was the third runner-up in this year’s Missouri State Fair Queen competition.

Miss Roy also was the top ranking individual in the speech division of the contest.

Breilly earned a $350 scholarship for placing third runner-up and a recognition plaque for winning the speech competition.

Miss Lincoln County Brandelyn Martin was the first runner-up and received a $1,000 scholarship.

Miss Northeast Missouri Fair Queen Rebecca Helton was second runner-up at state to receive a $500 scholarship.

There were 54 contestants in this year’s state fair queen competition at Sedalia.
