“Back to School Bash” slated for July 27 in Daviess County

Access Two Independent Living Center hosts a Back to School Bash” for Daviess County youth July 27th at the Access Two office at Gallatin.

The event is geared for elementary students, but older students may also attend.

There will be free school supplies for elementary students, free vaccinations, immunizations, and eye screenings.

Persons with insurance are asked to take their card.

Those without insurance are still eligible to receive the services. A parent or guardian needs to accompany the youths. A copy of the child’s immunization records also should be taken.

Games, a dunk tank, food, and Anna from Disney’s “Frozen” are other planned features.

Health-related and disability related booths also are to be there.

Those attending can vote for their favorite teacher.

There are no income requirements for the “Back to School Bash” for Daviess County youth, which is schedule the afternoon of July 27th from 4 until 6 o’clock.
