10 arrested in Grundy County on Grand Jury indictments involving drug charges

Grundy County authorities are reporting several individuals arrested on Grundy County Grand Jury indictments, accusing them with distributing a controlled substance or conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

48-year-old Misty Smith of Trenton is accused of three counts of distributing dilaudid.

48-year-old Patricia Todd, also known as Patricia Chipps, of Trenton is accused of one count of distributing methamphetamine.

50-year-old Terry Johnson of Spickard is accused of one count of distributing methamphetamine.

22-year-old Timothy Persell Junior and 20-year-old Clyde Foster, both of Trenton, each is accused of three counts of distributing marijuana.

48-year-old Shauna Neff of Trenton is accused of two counts of distributing over five grams of marijuana.

25-year-old Kevin Ewing of Trenton is accused of conspiracy of distributing marijuana and two counts of distributing marijuana.

33-year-old Shandolyn Bradley of Trenton is accused of two counts of conspiracy of distribution of marijuana.

26-year old Zane Homan of Chillicothe is accused of one count of distribution of marijuana.

20-year-old Jordan Cabra of Trenton is accused of one count of conspiracy of distribution of marijuana and one count of conspiracy of distribution of marijuana near a school.

All of those accused in the indictment were being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on cash-only bonds. Court appearances are scheduled for Thursday, May 12 in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court. The bonds range from ten thousand to twenty thousand dollars cash only.

In another case, 49-year-old Faron Lawrence of St. Joseph is accused in Grundy County with failure to appear in court. Lawrence also is to appear in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court Thursday, May 12th. Lawrence’s bond was four thousand dollars cash only.
