Two men sustained what the Highway Patrol called serious injuries after their vehicle overturned east of Cameron Tuesday morning.

The Patrol reports 51-year-old Anthony Bish of Helena drove east on U. S. 36 when the right front tire blew on the vehicle he and passenger 30-year-old Casey Baker of Atchison, Kansas were in.

This caused the vehicle to swerve off the south side of the road before overturning, which totaled the vehicle.

An ambulance transported Bish to the Cameron Regional Medical Center while another ambulance transported Baker to Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph.

The Patrol reports it is unknown if Bish or Baker wore seat belts at the time of the accident.
